Best simulation game I've played ever. Feels like work a times, but who doesn't like procrastinating work by doing free labour.

Despite being a pretty short game, I think it's a fun one and does what it promises to do. It's a 3d platformer collectathon with some banjo-kazooie inspiration (the banjo npc dialogue is a nice touch). I haven't gotten around to playing the only up mode it has but it looks like fun too.

I played this game twice, first time I bounced off of it cause I felt like I didn't enjoy the genre, but with the silksong hype I gave it another shot and I realized that I like the metroidvania genre when it's well-made. This game is designed in a way where you can just play and trust the world design to lead you to where you need to go. Of course you get rewarded for being perceptive but you can play through the entire game being completely clueless and still have a very good experience. My only gripe with the game is having to backtrack too much sometimes but besides that it's peak.

I have almost 100 hours in this game and I still haven't completed it, I went in with low expectations and I'm actually in awe of how well-designed this game is. This is the best RPG I've ever played in a really long time.

This game is fun but I feel like the core gameplay genre used here isn't super fun when combined with the rogue-like element compared to other games like binding of isaac or hades.
