Summary
The CEO of Shard Corporation, Lord Shard, is also a renowned prosecutor, as has been his family's tradition for generations. But after a mysterious incident atop the Shard Corporation building, a cloud of secrets hanging over the past of the Shard family was revealed. Lord Shard's son, Damion, was forever changed by that incident. Soon, Damion decided to become a defense attorney, a decision that astonished his family. However, Lord Shard decided to create a small law firm so that his son could practice as a defense attorney. But with each case he takes, Damion discovers that there is quite a lot that he doesn't know about the Shard family, and eventually uncovers a dark secret about his own past...
