The Kokurase gang's peaceful days didn't last forever. Second year honors student, Kotaro Hino, hires "Cupid's Helpers" to help gain the love of the popular Madoka Asagaya. Behind the scenes, a mysterious group called the "Thin Red Liners" works to undo Kokurase.
