As development progressed, the concept and direction of the game evolved. Lily Bergamo was eventually reimagined into Let It Die, which retained some of the core themes but introduced a new gameplay style and setting. Let It Die was released as a free-to-play action game in 2016, marking a shift from the original vision of Lily Bergamo.
