Warhead is a mission-based space combat simulation set in 2045, where Earth faces an alien invasion from Sirius. Players pilot the FOE-57 spacecraft for the Fist of Earth organization, completing missions to defend humanity against insect-like alien forces. Objectives include destroying enemies, protecting allied forces, and conducting search and rescue operations. The game features mouse-controlled navigation with keyboard commands for autopilot modes, multiple weapons (including mines and stinger missiles), HUD displays, various viewpoints, and targeting systems. Players progress through sequential missions, with the SolBase orbital station serving as humanity's primary military headquarters.
