Grand Theft Auto Carcer City is a total conversion mod for GTA San Andreas, taking you to the American heartland - home to the decaying streets of Carcer City into the biggest and most detailed 3D era Grand Theft Auto city yet. Set in 2001, the mod features a brand new storyline following an ex police officer dragged into Carcer City’s criminal underworld, where industry is collapsing, institutions are failing, gangs are taking over and survival is never guaranteed.
