Borrowed Flesh is a deck-building roguelike of body horror in which the whole party shares a single deck: when a hero falls, every card they own dies with them. Players choose 3 of 5 heroes and lead them through a dark-fantasy descent, managing stress and sanity, permanent mutilations that change the heroes' cards, and permadeath that lasts for the rest of the act. The game features turn-based card combat, a branching map with events, bosses and elite enemies, relics (trophies) that can be corrupted, and a weekly seeded challenge mode.
